testflight 邀请其他人测试应用的正确姿势是？

我想邀请一些人测试我的应用，如果是发布 External Testing 的话，是不是这个应用需要先通过审核，然后才能通过 testflight 分发测试？因为测试中版本更新频繁，每次审核都需要时间，如果不想在测试过程中审核耽搁时间，那么只能走 Internal Testing 测试了吧？
