我从系统自带的 powershell 快捷方式或 C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe 都可以直接调用进入 bash ，当时从 sublime text 调用的 powershell 就死活进入不了 bash ，甚至执行 C:\Windows\System32\bash.exe 都显示识别。
