为什么像name.com这种级别的商家,针对某些域名只支持注册,而不支持转入?

这个问题勾起了我的兴趣，我google了一下，发现.fr的转移与一般的域名不同，除了transfer、还有trade。A TRADE is when the ownership of a domain name changes hands. A TRANSFER is when the management of a domain name changes hands.
.fr的注册局管理的域名还有.RE/.PM/.TF/.WF/.YT，和.fr转移政策一致。所以我猜测，虽然name.com也是.fr的授权注册商，但会不会嫌这个流程繁琐再加上本身需求不多就没有支持
