为什么 Vertx.executeBlocking 默认选择串行执行

    工作线程的使用场景从来是并行多于串行吧，曾经有个项目就是因为忘记修改成并行导致并发数被卡的死死的。

    然后所有后续的阻塞场景的代码都是调用默认的 executeBlocking，比如适配 kotlin 协程的 awaitBlocking 。

    到底有啥好处？
