两极分化倒是没感受到太多, 但是我感觉到的情况也是两种:
- 有的公司无脑 AI, 比如 root 用户让 AI 操作生产环境只看结果不看代码质量不管是否可靠(我面试到的一家公司)
- 有的公司喜欢拥抱 AI, JD 上恨不得把所有技术名词框架全搞上去, 最后你也不知道他们想找个什么样的...
- 有的公司无脑 AI, 比如 root 用户让 AI 操作生产环境只看结果不看代码质量不管是否可靠(我面试到的一家公司)
- 有的公司喜欢拥抱 AI, JD 上恨不得把所有技术名词框架全搞上去, 最后你也不知道他们想找个什么样的...
