个人办 U 卡是最快的，路子很多，不多赘述。
其他的，美卡、英卡、日卡、新加坡卡，路子也不少。
最次的，开个美国、英国的海外公司，用公司户开卡也能付
或者碰运气找 MS Azure 或者 Amazon AWS 的销售问问，也有路子。

HK 卡肯定不行的，直接官网买订阅也过不去。试试搞个 U 卡，或者找中转站吧

@zhengmin4516 有 iOS ，就美区 Apple ID+礼品卡。有安卓能用 GooglePlay ，帮招行双币卡，把 Google 账号转到美国或者新加坡区去，然后 GooglePlay 内购。
这两种我都用过，没啥大问题
